Beach Party in Thurnscoe Park

Come and join in the fun at our Beach Party on Saturday 4th August where we will once again be creating a giant beach in our award-winning Thurnscoe Park, complete with buckets and spades and deckchairs!

Mr Dan will be entertaining the children and handing out prizes, there will be donkey rides, balloons and traditional children’s games taking place throughout the day.

There will also be mini go-carts, inflatables and it’s a great chance to explore our brand new children’s play area. We have a great entertainment programme planned including local children from 2 Act Theatre School and Irish Dancers from the White Rose Academy.

A wide variety of community stalls will be handing out freebies and advice to local residents, we have catering and craft stalls and possibly even a Health Bus with health professionals on hand to answer your queries.
